At Glitz & Glamour Grooming LLC, we provide unparalleled grooming experiences tailored to your pet's needs. Start your puppy out on the right paw. We ensure that your new puppy is comfortable by providing a positive experience to ensure lifelong contentment and security when receiving our services. Our attention to detail ensures your furry friend leaves looking and feeling fabulous. We pride ourselves on providing care for your pets in all stages of their life from young to old.
SERVICES AGREEMENT – All clients must show proof of vaccination to receive services. By showing proof of vaccination and requesting one of our services or walk-in services you are agreeing to the policies below. We understand that life happens and things come up. We will make every effort to accommodate where applicable. COMPLETE POLICIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR REVIEW UPON REQUEST.
PICK-UP POLICY – You will be notified that your pet is going to be ready for pickup 10 to 15 minutes prior to service completion. All animals are to be picked up within 30 minutes of notification. We have limited space to hold animals. If hold time is required 24 hours advance notice is required and will be accommodated if possible.
CANCELLATION – We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If this notice is not given, we follow the NO-SHOW policy.
NO-SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL – If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Late arrival follows our no-show policy. If you are a NO-SHOW, you may be charged a fee per pet at your next appointment. 1st Offence $20. 2nd Offence a non-refundable full-service fee will be charged per pet when making your appointment. 3rd Offence we will no longer provide services.
